Hi friend, I'm Amy

Ever since I was a little girl I knew there was more to life than meets than eye.

Truth in itself has been a long time passion of mine, and living a life that feels true to one's heart is what I am all about.

Though it wasn't always this way.

For years my inner people pleaser and perfectionist often directed my path.

Which many times left me feeling anxious, confused, exhausted, and completely inadequate.

Though thankfully something in me has always been resilient, and dedicated to bringing forth the life my soul always intended for me to have.

Learning how to connect with and nuture my inherent radiance, has paved the way for my creativity to flow and my soul essence to shine.

I now deeply know who I am, what I genuinely desire, and feel more balanced, grounded, and whole in my daily interactions.

My marriage is richer, more playful and affectionate. My friendships are more joy filled and mutually supportive.

Plus the best part is I have come to embrace that I am more than "good enough" just as I am. Which has led to me helping to empower kind and sensitive women everywhere.
